Prolan Sp. z o.o. has been operating on the Polish market for 30 years. The company was launched in 1992 and from the beginning of it’s activity it has been focused on the business support system.
We specialize in the use and implementation of basic ERP systems supporting the management of enterprises and public institutions. Company’s basic element is the fully available Prolan ERP and Prolan_IASF package based on Oracle's database platform (the world leader in database technology). The ERP system is complemented by CRM and the Oracle Business Intelligence analytical tool intended for data warehouses. To support sales and electronic communication, the company uses modern technologies, including digital signature, e-invoices, e-notes, B2B, supported services, e-declarations and Contractor/Beneficiary Portals.

The Integrated Management System is elastic in defining documents workflow and financial structures. What distinguishes Prolan’s software from other softwares is the strong emphasis for automatic accounting settlements and the creation of automatic distribution lists and accounting decrees along with every level of document control and source data registration. The system is able to eliminate multiple entries of the same data. One enterprise-wide database allows reporting according to specific parameters.
