Applications portal

The Applications Portal module allows online communication between Counterparty and the Contractor and enables supervision of service requests, complaints, etc. Designated users of the Contractor, within the scope of defined authorizations, can send requests with attachments, supervise the process of request fulfillment and have access to complete documentation.

Applications Portal functionality:

  • Contractors individual access to their data by securing unique access (user name and password).
  • Registration and recording requests (service requests, complaints, etc.), monitoring their statuses.
  • General data registratiom including, but not limited to: subject of the request, content of the request, requester, priority of the request, category, subcategory.
  • Additional data registration: cost of performing work valuation, for example, paid submissions.
  • Adding attachments to the submission such as, but not limited to, images, videos, documents in PDF or DOC format, etc.
  • Conducting correspondence (postings) between the submitter and the person responsible for executing the submission from the Contractor's side.
  • Communication on the pricing of paid submissions including: quotation of the work, printing of the cost proposal, acceptance of the cost or rejection by an authorized user from the Ordering Party.
  • Allows users to track the status of the request including, but not limited to: working, new request, in analysis, pending clarification, pending quote acceptance, in progress, request for acceptance, no solution accepted, completed.
  • Status types are defined at the implementation stage.
  • Automatic e-mail notifications according to selected criteria about changes in the status of a request.
  • Personalization and appropriate filtering of the content displayed in the table with notifications through available filters and search mechanisms.
  • Insight into historical data of completed requests.
  • Ongoing monitoring of submissions by both Submitters and Contractors.
  • Changing the individual password of the Submissions Portal user, also in the form of resetting it.
  • Administrator to create an account for Submitters within a given organization and administer the given Contacts, including blocking access, editing basic data.
  • The module provides the ability to manage newly added Contacts including: blocking access, editing basic data.
  • Integration Notification Portal with a domain application, e.g. Project Support, CRM, and transfer of information to the Notification Portal (e.g. who executes a given notification, the planned date of its execution).
