Applications Portal functionality:
- Contractors individual access to their data by securing unique access (user name and password).
- Registration and recording requests (service requests, complaints, etc.), monitoring their statuses.
- General data registratiom including, but not limited to: subject of the request, content of the request, requester, priority of the request, category, subcategory.
- Additional data registration: cost of performing work valuation, for example, paid submissions.
- Adding attachments to the submission such as, but not limited to, images, videos, documents in PDF or DOC format, etc.
- Conducting correspondence (postings) between the submitter and the person responsible for executing the submission from the Contractor's side.
- Communication on the pricing of paid submissions including: quotation of the work, printing of the cost proposal, acceptance of the cost or rejection by an authorized user from the Ordering Party.

- Integration Notification Portal with a domain application, e.g. Project Support, CRM, and transfer of information to the Notification Portal (e.g. who executes a given notification, the planned date of its execution).
