The Mailroom module has implemented mechanisms that make it possible to launch a process related to handling cases arising from recorded correspondence. The defined process manages the flow of information between organizational units according to predetermined rules, developed on the basis of the case realization processes functioning in the company. The solution also allows associating electronic documents (attachments) with a given case, which can be accessed from the level of other Prolan ERP modules.
