The module allows you to handle the entire business process from the submission of the application to the signing and financial settlement of the contract including (but not limited to):
- Indicating evaluation process of Beneficiaries.
- Recording and monitoring substantive evaluation of applications (grants, loans).
- Handling contracts, collateral and annexes.
- Planning financial operations for various aid options and recording contract controls.
- Supporting the monitoring and recovery process (payment schedules, repayments, interest fees calculations as well as contractual penalties).
- Accounting and invoicing settlements with the Beneficiary.
- Reporting and settling contracts.
In some Funds registering applications requires an additional step of registering the NIZ (Task Information Sheets).
