This category of Report Generator is used to produce financial reports or official reports on Fund activities. In the Report Generator these reports are built in EXCEL spreadsheet. Each report has a definable master sheet that contains symbolic references to the data warehouse. The data contained in these reports relate to the selected calculation period. The content of each report can be defined using the "Report Definitions" option. The data source for these reports is the data collected in the "Finance Accounting" and "Loan Processing (Applications/Contracts)" modules. The information that Prolan ERP does not record (but is necessary to generate a specific report) must be completed by the user himself.
Reports and fixed reports common to all users:
This category of Report Generator is used to create reports from data recorded in the "Loan Servicing (Applications/Contracts)" and "Finance Accounting" modules. These reports can be defined independently (by users with special Report Generator administrator privileges via the "Statement Definition" function). The Report Generator function for defining fixed reports allows you to freely define any report, define the data source and select correct parameters.

This category of Report Generator is used to define and execute individual reports from data recorded in the "Loan Servicing (Applications/Contracts)" and "Finance Accounting" modules.
The statements are divided thematically according to the defined data sources, for example into statements on applications, contracts, planned and completed financial contract operations (payments and repayments of principal installments, interest repayments, grant payments, etc.), beneficiaries financial analysis etc.
