The supplier has the opportunity to download various types of documentation directly from the Portal, e.g. invoices or RR bill. With the help of the above-mentioned IT tool after logging in (providing an individual password) the supplier can track raw material results and the quantity of deliveries without waiting for the final settlement of the month by the purchasing entity.
The detailed functional scope includes:
- presentation of current and historical test results (microbiology and somatic cells, percentage of fat, percentage of protein, water content-cryoscopy etc.) available online when the tests are imported from the laboratory test file;
- pre-calculated geometric mean of the results calculated for the period according to the Polish standards;
- graphical presentation of the quantity of milk deliveries in specific time frames;
- history of deliveries and financial settlements for the contract period to date;
- provision for suppliers who are VAT payers of VAT invoices generated by the purchasing entity with the possibility to print them;
- notification of critical events , signaling through automatic notification of the supplier (SMS or e-mail), e.g. significant deterioration of test results.
