The portal is integrated with the field application of a given WFOŚiGW, which eliminates the need to manually enter data from the "Clean Air" program application into the Fund's IT system and allows for optimization of the application handling process and further electronic processing of the case.
The Clean Air Portal is designed for individuals who wish to apply for a grant or loan under the Clean Air priority program. The portal is fully integrated through an integrator with the Oracle ZSI Prolan_IASF database in the 13 Provincial Environmental Protection and Water Management Funds. The scope of information made available to Beneficiaries depends on the requirements of the Employer and is modeled in the integrator. All information collected in the database can be made available on the Portal including, for example, statuses (status of the application or agreement, settlement with the Beneficiary, etc.).
For security reasons Clean Air Portal database is separated from the ZSI production database (Oracle). Any changes made by Beneficiary do not transfer directly to the Oracle database and are subject to verification by an authorized Fund employee. The Clean Air Portal is accessible from mobile devices (Responsive Web Desing).
The detailed functional scope includes:
- The ability to post up-to-date content and images on the portal's web pages, along with the ability to modify them without the need for knowledge of any programming language (CMS).
- The ability to register an application based on an active PDF form meeting the requirements of the "Clean Air" priority program, together with the printing of the entered document and full control over both the checksum, correctness of the registered data and calculation functions or form version.
- Individual access of contractors to their data by securing them with unique access (user name and password).
- Ability to present data obtained from the Fund's database in tabular form, with the reservation of selected fields by the Employer as unavailable/confidential.
- Making available on the Portal selected information collected in the database, e.g. statuses (status of the application or agreement, settlements with the Beneficiary, etc.).
- Automatic generation of documents and data informing the Beneficiary about the status of settlements with the Fund, e.g. Planned Settlement Sheet, correspondence, interest notifications, Contract Settlement Sheet, etc.
- Any changes that the Beneficiary makes do not transfer directly to the Oracle database and are subject to verification by an authorized Fund employee.
